77-Hour Real Estate Salesperson Course
The 77-hour real estate salesperson course is a required course for obtaining a New York real estate salesperson license. The course content comprehensively covers foundational knowledge of the New York real estate industry, including real estate law, contracts, property rights, financing, home buying and selling procedures, fair housing laws, professional ethics, and recent legal matters.
22.5-Hour Continuing Education Course
The New York real estate license is valid for two years. The 22.5-hour continuing education course is a required course for license renewal, applicable to real estate salespersons.
