How to Renew a Real Estate Salesperson License
1.Complete the 22.5-hour continuing education course required by New York State.
2.Log in to the eAccessNY system to submit a license renewal application and pay the renewal fee. Upon successful renewal, the new real estate salesperson license will be automatically extended for two years.
